Pak relents, energy deal goes through at SAARC

Just in: The energy pact deal goes through after pressure on Pak PM Nawaz Sharif.  Pakistan has agreed to back an energy pact for SAARC nations, salvaging a summit that has been clouded by frosty ties between India and Pakistan. Pakistan's assent came at the informal retreat for SAARC leaders in Dhulikhel, where Narendra Modi and Sharif shook hands and exchanged pleasantries but did have a separate conversation.
