Army indicts 9 soldiers for killing 2 youth in Kashmir

The Army has indicted 9 soldiers for killing 2 youth in Budgam district in Jammu and Kashmir.

It has recommended court martial proceedings.

The Indian Army had admitted that it was a mistake and announced an ex-gratia relief of Rs 10 lakh to the deceased and Rs 5 lakh to the injured.
