Coal scam: Why was coal minister not examined, asks court

Special court asks CBI if the then coal minister was examined by it in a coal scam case involving Kumar Mangalam Birla and others.

"Don't you think examination of the then coal minister was necessary in the matter."

Court also asks CBI whether the then officials of Prime Minister's Office were examined during the probe.

Court summons case diary of the matter. CBI says will file it in sealed cover.
