Home minister Rajnath Singh criticises China: China has illegally occupied Aksai Chin and the incursions don't augur well for maintaining cordial ties.

Rajnath Singh said thanks to the wrong policies by the erstwhile government India has lost territory to China. "India wants to maintain good relations with its neighbours but the gesture should be reciprocated by its neighbours. Congress lost Tibet to China which acted as the Buffer State between both the countries and Pakistan handed over Aksai Chin area to China," Rajnath Singh said today.

The home minister's comment comes even as BJP MPs and MLAs embarked on a week-long tour of China.
