Modi has tea with leaders before ceremony

Hours before Prime Minister Narendra Modi extends his Cabinet by 22 ministers -- 4 of Cabinet rank and 18 as Ministers of State -- the PM is having tea with the ministers at his residence in New Delhi. This is the first expansion since Modi took oath on May 16 with his small team. All eyes are on the BJP-Sena relationship, as earlier there were reports that the Sena was skipping the swearing-in and the tea session. However, later, it was reported that Sena's Suresh Prabhu was at the tea session and will most likely be sworn in today.
