IPL fixing: Report submitted before SC in sealed envelope

The Justice Mukul Mudgal-led committee, which was appointed by the Supreme Court to investigate the fixing and betting scandal in the cricket Indian Premier League, submitted its final report to the apex court in a sealed envelope today.

The report was submitted almost six months after the apex court had asked Indian Police Service officer BB Mishra and the police departments in Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai to assist the investigation.

The next hearing in the case is on November 10.
