Delhi govt formation hots up: Kejriwal on his way to meet Jung

Kejriwal wrote to Lt Governor Najeeb Jung earlier today asking him to reschedule their meeting to 6 pm this evening. He said he had other engagements that he could not reschedule. Kejriwal also sought to know in his letter what had transpired in what is being described as an "informal meeting" that the L-G held with BJP leaders this morning.
