25 MoS to be inducted in cabinet

The Cabinet expansion is likely to take place after June 15, before the Budget session of Parliament. That is when the new defence minister will be appointed. NDA allies will also get berths. The size of the council of ministers will therefore go up from the existing 46. The budget session of Parliament will convene after the preliminary session to be held between June 4 and June 11.
