Sharad Yadav says a new government will be formed in Bihar and it will be a JD-U government. Yadav also said a new CM candidate will be decided tomorrow.

A few hours ago, Nitish Kumar gave in his resignation as the Bihar CM to the governor but did not ask him to dissolve the assembly.
