Modi to attend Telangana formation day on June 2

Narendra Modi will be attending the Telangana formation day on June 2 in Hyderabad along with senior BJP leaders, say highly-placed BJP sources.

The final decision will be taken after the Lok Sabha poll results as the new government will be in the midst of a Parliament session. BJP sources however confirmed that the new government will take the credit of Telangana even if K Chandrasekhar Rao is administered oath of office as Chief Minister.

The Telangana Rashtriya Samithi wants to have the oath taking ceremony in Karimnagar to avoid Hyderabad.
