Delhi HC directs Delhi govt to stop e-rickshaws from plying. The capital's traffic police has informed the Delhi High Court that the uncontrolled plying of e-rickshaws in the city has led to more than 29 accidents, in which two passengers lost their lives.Raising serious concern over the accidents, the traffic police, in an affidavit, also said unregulated operation of the battery-operated vehicles tends to cause traffic problems and are causing nuisance on the roads.
