Case against Ness: 3 witnesses confirm Preity's version, one not sure

Mumbai Police have almost finished recording the statements of those witnesses who were sitting next to actor Preity Zinta -- who has accused her former boyfriend Ness Wadia of threatening her at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on May 30 - at the time of the allegedincident.

Ms Zinta, 39, has accused Mr. Ness Wadia, 44, a former boyfriend, of abusing and threatening her during the match played by the Indian Premier League cricket team they co-own, the Punjab Kings XI.

According to sources, three witnesses have confirmed the sequence of events as narrated by Ms Zinta in her statement to the police, which she had recorded on June 24 at the Wankhede Stadium, the site of the alleged incident.
