Sunanda Pushkar's case to be transferred to crime branch: Sources

The case of Minister of State for Human Resource Development Shashi Tharoor's wife Sunanda Pushkar's death has been transferred to the crime branch of the Delhi police, sources tell PTI.

Tharoor's wife Sunanda was found dead in Hotel Leela Palace on Jan 17, just a couple of days after an open spat on Twitter that threw spotlight on the couple's personal life and a Pakistani journalist Mehr Tarar.

Mystery shrouds her death. The autopsy report of Sunanda has attributed her death to poisoning by drug overdose.
