NDTV reports: The Delhi Police have stopped Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at barricades erected some distance away from the office of Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde, where Kejriwal wants to sit on protest. He has asked the public not to join him.

The police are not allowing Kejriwal's blue WagonR car to proceed to the home minister's office in North Block near the President's residence. Kejriwal has rolled up the windows of his stalled car and is refusing to talk to the police.
