Tejpal case: Goa police to request for day-to-day trial

The Goa police will request the court to hold the trial on a day-to-day basis in the rape case involving Tehelka founder editor Tarun Tejpal.

The state police today charged Tejpal with rape, sexual harassment and outraging modesty of a woman journalist in a lift of a five-star hotel in Panaji in November last year.
