BJP parliamentary board meets on Telangana issue

A correspondent in New Delhi reports:

The BJP Parliamentary board meeting at senior BJP leader L K Advani's house will discuss the Telangana issue that rocked Parliament on Friday.

The board will decide on what position to take with regard to the suspension of 17 MPs from Parliament for creating ruckus in the House. Some say that the crucial T-Bill cannot be discussed in the Lok sabha without these MPs as they are major stakeholders.

BJP leaders from the region want the Telangana Bill to be discussed in Parliament.
