At Imphal rally, Modi condemns death on Arunachal youth Nido

At a rally in Imphal, Narendra Modi rakes up the death of Arunachal Pradesh teen Nido Tania. Condemning the Delhi incident, he said, "There is no place for such acts in our country. It is shameful and sad incident."
Talking about women's issues, Modi said, "There is a collapse of governance in Delhi. This can be seen in many areas including atrocities on women."
He further said, "With a lot of conviction and commitment to do something, with a promise that will take processes forward that Atalji started. I promise to bring this region at par with other regions of India."
