On the heels of the news that the government will introduce the Telangana Bill in Parliament for consideration on February 6, comes the related news that the PIL filed by senior Supreme Court advocate M L Sharma in the apex court against the government introducing the T-Bill in Parliament will also be heard -- but on February 7, a day later!
