PDP neck-and-neck with BJP, NC likely to be routed

Close to three hours into counting, the BJP has emerged as the largest party in Jammu and Kashmir with most of its leads coming from Jammu.The PDP is however, closing in on the saffron party.

The BJP is all set to get more seats than it has ever had in the state. A total of 821 candidates, including 276 independents, contested the elections to the 87-member House.
