J-K CM slams Hina Bhat for slapping poll officer

Hours after Bharatiya Janata Party's Hina Bhat allegedly slapped a poll officer during the fourth phase of elections, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah took to Twitter to criticise the leader. He said, "The BJP candidate in Srinagar who earlier threatened to pick up a gun over Article 370 now slaps a polling officer. Well done."

Earlier in the day, Bhat had allegedly slapped a poll officer at a polling station in Chanapora area. However, District Election Officer, Srinagar, Farooq Ahmad Bhat said, "There was an altercation between the candidate and some polling staff but the issue has been resolved and the candidate has left the polling station
