Rajya Sabha MP Chandan Mitra had a bandage around his left hand. Mitra, who is chairman of the Select Committee on Insurance had been bitten by his pet dog. His Parliamentary colleagues asked him about the bandage and Dr Mitra told them he had to get four injections, but was able to move his hand.
