People lined up to cast their vote in Jharkhand and Jammu Kashmir in the second phase of polling for the state assembly. Heavy security was deployed in the areas to ensure that no incident took place. And even as people lined up to cast their vote, Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged people to go out and vote on Twitter. In his tweet, the PM said, "As phase 2 of assembly polls in J&K and Jharkhand commence, I strongly urge people voting in those areas to vote in large numbers."
