Bill replaces collegium system for appointment of judges

The bill will amend Article 124 of the Constitution that deals with appointment and transfer of judges and insert Clauses 124(A), 124(B) and 124(C). These amendments pertain to the composition, functions and powers of the Judicial Appointments Commission.
