Will PMO order official inquiry into National Herald case?

It is believed that there has been a note sent to the PMO saying there is no need for an inquiry into the National Herald case. On reading the note which also had a two-page intelligence note, PMO officials began digging out fresh evidence and reopened an earlier file. So, what we want to know is this -- Will the present government order a judicial inquiry in the National Herald case? Officials are waiting for orders from the Prime Minister.
