Lok Sabhas deputy speaker post elections scheduled for Wednesday

M Thambidurai from the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazagham is expected to file his nomination on Wednesday for the post of deputy Speaker in the Lok Sabha. Nominations will begin at 10 am while the election will take place at noon on Wednesday. Thambidurai's election is expected to be moved by Leader of Lok Sabha Narendra Modi and seconded by Telugu Desam, Akali Dal and Shiv Sena.
