Shutdown: Obama to meet congressional leaders

US President Barack Obama will meet with congressional leaders at the White House at 3 p.m. ET, the White House announced today. The meeting comes as the partial government shutdown reaches the two-week mark and as the United States is just three days away from hitting its debt ceiling.
