BSF jawan injured as Pak violates ceasefire along IB in JK

Details of the ceasefire violation in J-K. A BSF jawan was injured today when Pakistani troops again violated the ceasefire, opening fire on forward area along Indo-Pak border in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir.
"There was sniper firing from Pakistani side today on Katav Border Out Post (BoP) along the International Border (IB) in Samba district around 11:30 hours today," a Border Security Force officer said.
Constable M Basu was injured in the sniping incident as he was hit by bullets in the abdomen. He was shifted to hospital immediately, the officer said.
The sniping incident was followed by firing by Pakistani troops on the forward area, he said.
