India will set up a separate mission for ASEAN in Jakarta with a full time resident Ambassador, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, who is in Brunei for the East Asia Summit.

India is ready to sign India-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement on services and investment by the end of 2013, he added.
