HC relief for Jwala Gutta, can play till BAI inquiry over

The Delhi high court has allowed top badminton player Jwala Gupta to play in tournaments in Badminton Association of India's inquiry is over. BAI's disciplinary panel had recommended a life ban on Jwala.

A World championship bronze medallist, she moved the court saying the disciplinary committee's order was issued in "violation of settled principles of natural justice and fairness, without giving a hearing to her".
