NC, PDP want JK assembly to summon General Singh

Warring political parties of Jammu and Kashmir, NC and PDP, on Wednesday demanded that former army chief V K Singh should be summoned to explain his statement on the Indian Army paying off some politicians in the Valley.

The BJP, however, supported the Speakers' decision to seek an explanation from the former army chief.
