November 11, 2013  18:02
Criticising the BJP for not cleaning Gandhi Maidan before their October 27 rally which "helped in hiding bombs inside polythene bags", Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today said a protocol is being formulated for booking the field for rallies and functions.

"I have instructed officials to formulate a protocol for booking Gandhi Maidan for organising any political rally or other public function in future," Kumar said.

The protocol would include ensuring cleanliness of the ground before and after the event by the host or they will be charged extra money for the same.
