The Delhi BJP today launched its 3-D video campaign for assembly polls through which they will telecast recorded speeches of the party's prominent leaders including Narendra Modi and promised to change Land Reforms Act to help farmers get good compensation for their acquired land.

"The Rath will cover 10-12 different areas in the city every day. Due to this unique technology, the public will feel that Modiji and other party leaders are speaking 'live' in front of them," said a party official.

The Rath was launched at Delhi BJP headquarters by state BJP President Vijay Goel, Leader of the Opposition in Delhi Assembly Vijay Kumar Malhotra and Harsh Vardhan.

Speaking at the occasion, Goel accused the Congress government in Delhi of neglecting the development of villages of Delhi during its 15-year long misrule.
