IPL should not be stopped, but regulation a must: Sports minister

Sports minister Jeetendra Singh says stricter laws are necessary to stop spot-fixing and match-fixing, but IPL should not be stopped. "The time has come to create checks and balances," he tells CNN IBN. "I will do my best to ensure there is regulation and more responsibility. And I will work with the law minister to ensure regulation," says Singh.
