Ex-Odisha minister's son arrested for dowry harassment

After public outcry and protests by opposition parties, police today arrested Raja Shree Mohanty, the son of former Odisha minister Raghunath Mohanty, on charges of torturing his wife for dowry, an official said.

"Raja Shree Mohanty was taken into custody by the human rights cell of the state police department," a police official told IANS.
