Rahul: Cong needs to end High Command culture

Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi today rubbished speculation about prime ministership, telling his party that he was only interested in discharging the responsibility of party vice-president. He said he was interested in meeting people and strengthening the party and the alliances. He added that there was an immediate need to end high command culture within the Congress.
