Much to the embarrassment of the politicians and bureaucrats present at the venue, an air-conditioner stopped working during the joint press conference by United States Secretary of State John Kerry and External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid.

One could say that India's energy problem were, quite woefully, exposed.
