NRHM scam: Kushwaha, among 9 produced in CBI court

Former Uttar Pradesh minister Babu Singh Kushwaha, legislator RP Jaiswal and seven other accused in the multi-crore National Rural Health Mission scam were today produced before a CBI court.

Kushwaha, BSP MLA Jaiswal, industrialist Naresh Grover, RK Bhasah, former director of CNDC branch of Jal Nigam PK Jain, former project manager BN Srivastava, Katar Bhasih, former resident engineer BN Ram Yadav and former accountant JK Masah were produced before the court.

The special CBI judge S Lal posted the matter for January 4 after hearing arguments.
