Sushma: Will be unified, but where is will to fight terror?

As the Lok Sabha reconvened after an hour's break over ruckus in the house due to the Hyderabad blasts, leader of the Opposition in the lower house, Sushma Swaraj, said, "This was not the time to trade charges, but to be unified, you need consensus on fighting terror. The will and the intent to fight terror has to be there."
