Hyderabad: IEDs, ammonium nitrate used in bombs

Vicky Nanjappa reports from Hyderabad: The forensic sciences team from Hyderabad, which is examining the material used in the twin blast says that the composition comprised ammonium nitrate, fuel, urea, ball bearings, sharpnels, improvised explosive devices and a timer.

The material was packed in a tiffin box and was aimed at causing maximum damage. The bombs were placed on a bicycle and the fuel composition was aimed at spreading fire so that the blasts would have a greater impact.
