Body in Gadkari's car: Court rejects closure report

A Nagpur rejects the the CID closure report in the Yogita Thakre case. Yogita's body was found inside a car in 2009 on the premises of BJP president Nitin Gadkari's residence. The CID closure report says that seven-year-old Yogita Thakre's death was accidental. Her father says Yogita was found murdered under mysterious circumstances and had raised a contention in court. The court accepted the contention as a private complaint. This will come as a setback for Nitin Gadkari and the BJP when the Budget session of Parliament opens tomorrow.
