Chopper scam: Finmeccanica ex-CEO may get bail

Finmeccanica former Chief Executive and Chairman Giuseppe Orsi, who was arrested for alleged bribes paid to secure the sale of 12 AgustaWestland executive aircraft when he was head of the Finmeccanica helicopter unit, may get bail.

Italian police arrested the head of Italian state-controlled defence group Finmeccanica SpA on Tuesday in a corruption probe centred on the sale of helicopters to the Indian government, a judicial source said.
