Tihar informed family via SpeedPost!

Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru's family was informed about his hanging by the Tihar authorities through Speed Post and the Jammu and Kashmir government was taken into confidence before his execution, Union Home Secretary R K Singh said today. "The DG (Director General of Jammu and Kashmir police) has been told to check with the family whether they got it (the Speed Post!) or not," Singh told reporters, according to PTI.
