February 05, 2013  10:13
Activist-turned-politician Arvind Kejriwal will appear in a Delhi court today.

He is facing charges of breaching the prohibitory orders imposed near the residences of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress president Sonia Gandhi in August last year while protesting the coalgate scam.

Kejriwal's aides and fellow members of his Aam Aadmi Party Manish Sisodia and Prashant Bhushan will also appear in court with him.

They are all facing charges of rioting, unlawful assembly and obstructing public servants.

"I will not apply for bail. I will respect the court's order," Kejriwal had said earlier.
