Buzz doing the rounds in Delhi is that the main topic of discussion between the PM and Sonia Gandhi today, ahead of the Cabinet reshuffle, is Jairam Ramesh, Gulam Nabi Azad, Salman Khurshid and Ambika Soni's apparent desire to move to organisational assignments in the party. Speculation is also rife that Sonia and the PM have given the final touches to the inductions to the Union Cabinet and that tonight the telephone calls will be made by to the new entrants council of ministers.

Rahul Gandhi is expected to participate in the high-level Congress general secretaries' meeting to be held at 7 pm at 15 Gurudwara Rekhab Ganj Road in Delhi. 15 RGR is called the War Room of the AICC. In other words, Rahul Gandhi heads the War Group, where all general secretaries are members.
