A Ganesh Nadar reports from Kudankulam: Anti-Kudankulam protestors, onboard around 500 boats, have started their siege to sea near the Kudankulam nuclear plant in Tamil Nadu.

Activists of People's Movement Against Nuclear Energy, led by SP Udaykumar, against whom a non-bailable warrant has been issued, have begun their siege.
