BJP suspends Jethmalani for anti-party activities

According to media reports, the BJP has initiated proceedings to expel senior party leader Ram Jethmalani from the party.

Jethmalani has in the last few days openly taken on the party, including on the appointment of the new CBI chief, as also demanding the resignation of Nitin Gadkari as the BJP president over allegations of corruption.
