A Ganesh reports: Buses continue to ply, albeit empty. Post Bal Thackeray's funeral, people stepped out of their houses. At Mahim Causeway, two-wheelers were out on the roads. ATMs remain closed.

A restaurant opened only to sell takeaway food. A paan-bedi shop was also open.
