Yeddy's bail plea hearing postponed to June 9

The Special CBI court has adjourned to June 9, the plea filed by former Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa seeking anticipatory bail.

Yeddyurappa who is being investigated by the CBI in connection with the mining scam had sought anticipatory bail fearing arrest. He left early this morning for Mumbai for the second day of the BJP's national executive meet.
