Pak nuke scientist AQ Khan wants to contest polls

Disgraced Pakistani nuclear scientist A Q Khan has expressed his willingness to contest elections while suggesting the formation of a government of technocratsbecause politicians have failed to deliver good governance. 76-year-old Khan made the remarks while addressing students at the Punjab University yesterday. Khan has been accused of running proliferation network and providing nuclear technology to Iran, North Korea and others.
