Nupur Talwar in court to fix trial date

Just in: Nupur Talwar has reached the Ghaziabad court, her first appearance after the three nights she spent in Dasna jail. The Ghaziabad court is to now fix the trial date in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case.

Yesterday, Nupur Talwar moved the Supreme Court for bail in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case. The Sessions Court had rejected her bail plea for the third time yesterday saying she may tamper with evidence. The bail of her husband Rajesh Talwar ends on May 7 and the CBI wants him in custody as well.
